China is lobbying hard for getting the West to adopt depleted uranium weapons and thorium 232 weapons as way to create a large-scale war between the West and the Russian Federation, presumably in the Baltics. The Chinese diplomacy uses debt slavery for that. China owns most of District Metals Corp which is the uranium mining company that provides depleted uranium for the NLAWs of Saab.

China also owns most of the thorium 232 mine in the Kingdom of Norway, for the same purposes.

It is the mine that shall provide the thorium 232 for the European Peace Facility weapons. The SAFE is earmarked for depleted uranium weapons. The EDIP is earmarked for americium 241 – americium 242m – americium 243 – americium 244 weapons. China is responsible for the “Thorium” cult – the idea that thorium 232 fast reactors would be less accidentogenic. China is also investing directly in fast neutron SMRs in the West. Fast neutron reactors, including SMRs, are highly accidentogenic and hence this allows China to trap the West into fallout slavery in addition to debt slavery (as those countries where there is the most debt to China are the most tempted to develop these fast neutron SMRs to repay in fissile material produced quickly).
