Postcard from Laos

I noticed how the partial cleaning of DU (cf. “agent orange”) in Laos corresponds with the new Chinese bullet train. Seeing recent pictures from Laos I noticed a very thick sickle and hammer on red floating near their official flag (as the DU pollution had also receded except on high hills difficult to climb on).
